The italian Supreme Court, with judgement no. 2685 of 24.1.22, convicted under art. 388 (wilful non execution of the decision of a judge) of the criminal code the legal representative of a company for non-compliance with the injunction order of the civil judge prohibiting the marketing of a counterfeited product.
