Right to the image: lawfulness of disclosure
The Italian Supreme Court, with judgement no. 2304/2023, stated that the disclosure of an image without the consent of the person concerned is lawful if it meets the needs of public information according to art. 10 of the Civil Code, 96 and 97 of Law no. 633/1941
