The Court of Turin, by decree of 23 April 2024, stated the liability of a company for unfair commercial practice, pursuant to Articles 20(2), 21 and 22 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, because the advertisements related to the product suggested that by purchasing such product the purchaser would have directly and proportionally contributed to the raising of funds for a financing in favour of a paediatric hospital for buying of a new machinery, while in that message it did not come out that the donation of a predetermined amount had already been made several months before
