The Court of Appel of Bologna, with judgment no. 1792/2024, with reference to the image of cultural heritage stated, that like the right to the image of the person governed by article 10 of the Civil Code, a right to the image can certainly be construed with reference to an asset belonging to the cultural heritage in view of its collective value, which finds its legal basis in articles 107 and 108 D. Lgs. n. 42/2004, articles directly implementing article 9 of the Italian Constitution.
