The Italia Criminal Supreme Court, with judgement no. 2604/2025, stated that it integrates an offence under art. 4, par. 49, Law no. 350/2003, in relation to Article 517 of the Criminal Code the importation, for marketing purposes, of products contained in packages bearing the stamp ‘Made in Italy’ where such products were almost entirely packaged in Albania while in Italy a mere finishing work should have been carried out.
