Matteo Ostengo, Lawyer
Born in Moncalieri (Turin) on January 12th, 1988, he obtained the Classical Diploma at “Vittorio Alfieri” High School in Turin. Afterward he graduated in 2011 in Law study at Turin University.
After graduating in Law study at 23 years-old, he started his lawyer apprenticeship in a civil law firm active in commercial law, attending also a Professional Master at Post-Graduating School of Specialization “Bruno Caccia e Fulvio Croce” of Turin.
Meanwhile he performed a professional traineeship at the Turin Court - first civil section (Intellectual Property Enterprise Court), the Penal Court and the Prosecutor's Office. He took part also in the didactic activity, as a role of Assistant, for the Commercial Law Department of Turin University.
In 2014-2015 he participated at the course "Intellectual Property Rights Consultant – Trademarks" organized by Convey S.r.l.
After the specialization diploma, he acted as legal advisor – expert on trademarks in a Company from Turin that operates in the sector of online anti-counterfeiting, Industrial and Intellectual Property Rights.
In this field his role of brand manager and IPR web analyst aimed at guaranting Ip assets of well-known italian and international companies on e-commerce platforms, websites, social networks and Google adwords announces. He also partecipated in the developement of brand marketing and protection methodologies.
On summer 2015 he achieved the bar examination at Turin Court of Appeal.
He works with VENTURELLO E BOTTARINI, AVVOCATI since january 2017.
He currently works in English and French and he uses these two languages at work with foreign clients.
Furthermore, he has a good technical IT knowledge.
